She used to be a hospital patient care technician, and her "bedside manner" showed through. She cares about people and it shows.
The hispanic young lady sales rep is also AMAZING! David had to go to his son's game before I could get back to sign the paperwork. She totally took care of me on David's behalf. She has great people skills, and closed the sale for David.
I would give no stars if I could. Please don't let the prices fool you! Unless you are looking for a vehicle that you will in short time to put money into, then by all means look no further. You may understand what i mean as soon as you pull onto the lot. I looked at a truck that was advertised at an average price for the mileage that it had on it. This average price is of coarse based on the condition it be average too. Well that was not the case for this vehicle (poor). The truck would have needed at least (I really stress at least) $5000 in parts, not including the labor, to get it to the price that they were listing it for. If you want to add labor in, I would say another 2-3 grand to get it done. After inspecting the vehicle I pretty much made up my mind, but I just wanted to see how they would take the fact that I don't think the price of the vehicle is correct. As expected they barely wanted to come down on the price of the vehicle. Also as a tip to anyone trading in a vehicle, never let the dealer look at you car before they give you their bottom price on the vehicle you are interested in. The manager really wanted to look at my car before he gave me his bottom line on the truck and I know his reason for doing so. He would have attempted to give me less for my trade than what its actually worth then take that the difference off the top of the new vehicle so it seems like they are working with me. but in reality they wouldn't have taken any money off the new vehicle at all. So long story short, I don't recommend this dealer. On the bright side for me, I left there and found a truck for less with similar miles for cheaper and A LOT cleaner (it actually had a complete exhaust system).
I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram. After driving the truck home and parking in my driveway, I woke up to find a puddle of oil. I contacted Nick at Trust Auto who told me to bring it back and they would take a look. Although I lived a hour and a half away out of state, I did take it back. The next day they got the truck in their service department, they saw the leak and identified it as a rear main seal leak. After getting it apart they noticed a bigger issue and contacted me immediately to discuss what they had found and sent me pictures to support it. The parts they needed were on back order, so no fault of their own they had my newly purchased truck for 12 days. Nick was very professional as I tried to be as patient as I could with my follow up phone calls everyday. Over all the truck was fixed and doesn't leak a drop now. When I finally did get there to pick up my Truck I introduced myself to the service manager Mark, he explained what they found wrong showed me the old parts and assured me it was fixed right. I did also get to meet the one owner Fred who really was apologetic and wanted to make sure I understood that they don't see things like this when they purchase used cars and trucks just as I didn't see it either as the damage was hidden inside the bell housing. All in all I was extremely pleased in the end. Thank you guys.
I stuck to my guns and I am happy with my purchase. GOOD LUCK!
We just purchased a pick-up from Trust Auto. Dealt with Eric who assisted us with the purchase. The way they treated us as buyers was excellent. Eric understood we wanted to buy a truck, not that we needed to buy one. There was no pressure on selling. After we test drove the truck I wanted, sat down with Eric and promptly negotiated a deal. Arranged to come back a week later to get the vehicle. We live over one hour away from the dealership, and Eric arranged for transportation for me when the time came to pick up the truck. We are very pleased with our buying experience.
David was wonderful! Not pushy. Presented my offer honestly, impartially.
Do your research. Know how much you are willing to pay for the car, then subtract $900 from that amount. That number is you maximum offer. Their dealer fees are RIDICULOUS!
David was really helpful in helping me purchase the Porsche. He explained to me everything he knew about the vehicle and helped ease all the concerns I had. Though the negotiation was a bit tough because of the restrictions that the dealership had placed, he was still fair in giving me a good price. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I definitely recommend at Trust Auto.
