Had to rent a car while one of ours was getting work done. Danielle, the manager, was friendly, courteous, and took great care of us. The vehicle was clean and very nice. Danielle and her team are clearly devoted to making sure that anyone and everyone who comes in to their office is treated with dignity and respect. While I was waiting for my car, I noticed that they went out of their way to make sure each person who walked in was acknowledged and attended to quickly. Very impressed with Danielle and her crew and would recommend to anyone who needs a rental car. Any time we need one in the future, we will definitely be going back to Enterprise to see Danielle!
Love the new location. Was able to pick my rental early (on Friday afternoon for a rental Saturday). Easy transaction and great service.
I've used this location 5-6 times. The Staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs base on insurance coverage and what I usually drive. Friendly and competent staff.
We made a reservation for an upgraded full-sized car over a month before we actually needed the car. We called two days before to make sure the car would be there and were told it would be. We called about four hours before we were to pick up the car and was told it would be there. We got there, and no car. Long song and dance, and 3 hours later. we left in a mid-sized very basic car. On the plus side, they did fill the gas tank for us.
I give Enterprise in Sykesville a 5 star review. They were so helpful from start to finish. The only vehicle available was a Ford 350 Super Duty with a cab and long bed. Needless to say, I was intimidated and nervous about taking the behemoth. They put my fears to ease with their professional demeanor and explanation of how to operate the truck. I definitely would recommend them and would return if I needed to rent again.
