Contacted this business via phone on behalf of a local youth athletic club. Female answering phone was very rude. Immediately sensed attitude in voice upon introducing myself. I realize answering phones, dealing with customers and solicitors is a thankless job. I am aware many small businesses are struggling and unable afford donations. I find no reason to treat a member of our community trying to help the youth of our community with such disrespect. Also disappointed in the apathy in her attitude. I hope the mechanics are good to compensate for the lack of customer service at their front desk.
This is my go to place for all car repair and maintenance needs. Reasonable price for parts and labor. Execllent and accurate diagnosis. And repairs are 2nd to noon.
I've had 2 of my vehicles repaired at J&M. They did quality work at a much lower price than a local tire dealer estimates. Lee works in the shop and is great to talk to, and Chuck did very good service work. Thanks J&M..
They are honest and fix your car right the first time, also stand behind their work, very nice to deal with. I've been going there for over 20 years now, their customer service is excellent. I love J&M. They always get the job done. Murph will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and will even give you options so it doesn't cost you a fortune, unless it's absolutely necessary of course. Won't take my truck anywhere else
