Talk about PISS POOR service! There should be an option to give no stars. I called at 10:30pm, they are open until 12:09am, to check the availability of an item. The phone rang forever and finally someone answered “fitting room!” Well I advised her I wanted to check to see if they had an item and she answered with a super annoyed tone, “what are you looking for?” When I advised her she said, “hold on” like I was bothering her. Guess what, I waited almost 10 minutes and she never returned to the phone so I hung up and called. back. The phone rang and rang and someone picked up but then hung right up. So I called back. This happened 8 TIMES. The ninth time a woman by the name of Mel answered and I asked for a manager. She replied, “I am a manager!” So I shared my experience and after listening she said, “so what are you looking for?” To which I responded, “I’ve just made you aware of the terrible customer service I’ve received and you did not acknowledge nor apologize for it. She again responded, “so what do you want?” Her response spoke volumes. If she is a manager and her customer service skills are well below zero, everyone she leads will model her piss poor behavior.......and they definitely do. No worries though, I found my item on Amazon...and it will be delivered to my door in 48 hours. Nite to Mel and her crew:

My grocery store. I have had more pleasant experiences here then not. I cannot think of any other place I can get all my groceries, a winter hat, ammo, oil for my truck, and air filters for my house. Plus with the walmart app and savings catcher they pay me if there is a lower price somewhere else.

No customers = No job for you and your team

I purchased a PS2 game that was “online only” I wasn’t aware of this at the time. I was in normal limits of my return but yet told I couldn’t return it due to it being open. The store Manager Sagar, was notified and was a tremendous help and understanding of my situation. I’m a value shopper at Walmart and he made my experience even better.

No matter what day or time of the year you go here, it always seems like it's black Friday. The shopping experience wouldn't be so bad if they had all or most of there check out lines open! They'll have almost 20 cash registers and only 10 open on a good day. If the prices weren't the best I'd rather not shop here. It seems like torture thinking about the lines. You might have some luck escaping the lines if you go when they first open.

Remember that the next time you decide you don’t have a responsibility to priovide good customer service because us consumers have options.

Great parking! Takes awhile if 1st time shopper to find your way around inside. Clean well stocked. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
