Let’s start with this is a store that my kids idolize and truly love to spend almost if not all their allowance every week getting new kool stuff. I visit the store a lot at least two to three times a week. With a 13 year old son and two daughters who's ages are 6 and 8 I find myself at this eldersberg store more than you can imagine!!! We love Five Below but the love stops when my daughters sees a girl with red head smoking cigarette in front of the store every time we decide to do some shopping!!! I believe employees who smoke should smoke on the side of the store and not the front. It makes your company look bad to be honest. My daughter also looks up to the associates of the store as leaders and especially loves the associates red hair. I would love to shop here and not have to see the red hair smoking all the time.
Store was clean, well organized, staff was friendly, though a bit green- store opened late December 2017.
Wonderful place. It has nice employees and my kids love it so much.
