I only waited about 25 minutes as a walk-in, and got exactly the haircut I asked for.
Horrible. My haircut was uneven and she cut one side incredibly short. So much so that it was patchy. I went in for a very simple haircut and it was terrible. I don't enjoy being this negative but it made me more mad than it should have. And I won't be going back again.
Courtney is the best!! Takes her time and really helps figure out the best look for us. Trust her completely :)
I go here regularly and get a good haircut. I have found several excellent stylists.
Store hours say 9am to 9pm. I show up at 845 and get told "we are closed. Usually our last customers show up 20-30 min before we close". Keep in mind I have very short hair so it was clear I wasn't looking for anything crazy. Seems to me like some employees are being lazy.
