This office is fantastic! Fred and his team are extremely knowledgeable. They helped me set up a life insurance policy that is perfect for my budget and needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all the way!!!
My grandfather passed away and we found an insurance card good til December so we thought his car insurance was expiring. So we paid the minimum payment which was $354.36 (After explaining what happened) so his vehicle wouldn't be on the street without insurance. We later found other cards that were newer and said he was good til JUNE. So state farm took our money for no reason. Tried to call and explain and got an attitude. First it was "some money can be refunded" then it changed to "Those cards are just mailed out in advance and he did owe." WHICH ONE? A refund or oh no actually...it was expiring???????????? Disgusting, he died and we deal with this. And we did not ask for a "monthly payment" we asked to pay the minimum payment until we could handle everything with the car. Money hungry and not helpful at all.
Wish I could give 0 stars because that's they deserve. I called for some help with fraud and everyone in the office wasn't able to assist me and they were rude and unknowledgeable about it all. State farm needs to investigate this corrupt office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE, GO ELSEWEHRE.
My 65 years old grandmother and has been with your company since she was 19. Recently they almost doubled her insurance premiums and when She asked the reason why it went up so much they claimed it was because of the hurricane. Now why would a hurricane in Texas or Puerto Rico effect her car insurance in Baltimore, Md??? This company will no longer have our business.
