Roto router called early in the AM and said my tech would arrive between 8:30 and 10:00, he arrived right at 8:30. Tech (Jeff) had serviced our house a long time ago and remembered being there before (nice personal touch). Was polite and explained everything in advance what he was going to do as well as the price points, there was no surprise at the end of the visit. Excellent service for a plumbing emergency. Reasonable prices and pleasant plumber. The plumber arrived a little later than initially planned; however, the main office called to notify me that the plumber was running late due to an issue at the location prior to my stop. The customer service representative remained calm and pleasant on the initial call and ensured that all of my information was gathered so that the plumber was well informed when he arrived. In addition, the customer service representative was able to guide me to follow certain steps to ensure that the plumbing emergency I was experiencing resulted in minimal damage.
