I have always had excellent service with any jewelry that I took in for repairs at Starfire Designs. Janet is so friendly and she and her staff do excellent work. I have had watch batteries replaced while I waited, and recently she repaired 2 rings: one which was broken, and one which needed re-sizing. Both rings were repaired beautifully and in a very short amount of days. I would highly recommend Starfire Designs to anyone! It is just the best when it comes to jewelry and jewelry repairs.

Went to get 2 watches appraised and was very disappointed. The values given were not even close to what they should've been and the one watch was scratched while being examined. Would not advise anyone to go here for appraisal.
