I have given this noodles and company 4 chances. Every single time my food has been wrong. This last time I had ordered chicken in one pasta dish and shrimp in another. I was charged for both, when I got home neither had the meat. One of the dishes had just mushrooms in it when I specifically asked for no mushrooms. I ordered some garlic bread which was burnt, not just cooked a little extra, but black burnt. We also got dumplings that were still cold. I called them wanting a refund and was told all I could do was drive back and have them remake my food. So done with this noodles and company.
It's noodles...consistent from one to the next. The difference here is the staff. The customer service rivals Chick-fil-A. A+

Never had a bad experience from these guys. Service is reasonably fast and friendly. Great place in Eastern Eldersburg.
Maybe I came in at a bad time, but when I arrived it took the staff almost 5 mins to find some one to work the register and log in. Once my wife and I got our food, her order was missing some ingredients, which the staff were able to give her in a separate container when she brought it up.
