I found this company to be excellent! Ann, who answers the phone, was very professional, kind and helpful. My rep, Tim, was knowledgable, professional and always kept me up to date as the job progressed. The workmen completed the work very well and not one bit of mess was left behind. I would definitely recommend Classic Exteriors and I would use them again.
I had left 3 messages for this company over 3 days and they have yet to return my phone call. If they were too busy the right thing to do would be to leave a message starting they are not taking on new work but to just not reply is unprofessional and flat out rude. I won't be using them even if they did decide to call now.
This company has the worst attude ever. they claim to be one of the top of the line but have no customer service. The woman who answered the phone didnt know what she was talking about. When she got someone who did they basically told me that I have no choice but to go with them cause there the best company out there and if i want it done right ill do it with them cause ill call them back anyway and have it redone. i asked to speak with his boss and he said he is the owner of the company and told me i am wasting his time if i dont spend my money now. BEWARE HE IS JUST TRYING TO LINE HIS POCKETS WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
